Sale price

Jin Xuan, the so called "Milky Oolong", is a hybrid varietal (Taiwan Tea No. 12) bred in 1981 in Taiwan. It was introduced into Wuyi Mountains in the first decade of the century, so that we have the chance to try Jin Xuan Yancha made from this exotic varietal.

Being processed in a method totally different from Milky Oolong, this Jin Xuan Yancha still remains some typical features of the varietal, reminding us some slight milk notes, as well as the sweet Osmanthus scents etc. Due to the relatively light oxidation and the light toasting, the pleasant and lingering floral scents are maximally preserved, and also, which brings a balanced liquor with medium-light body and fresh, mild taste. To sum up, this tea gives us a very special experience that you won't find in common Yancha.
