Jin Si, golden threads or golden filaments, is one of the most precious Dian Hong varieties, mostly made from tiny single buds.

This Jin Si is a very tender tea, and presents the typical features of a good Dian Hong, fragrant, delicate and mellow. It brings out fruity notes both citrus and green plum, honey scent, some hints of boiled chestnuts, and plenty of sweetness.
