2023 Bai Ying Shan Gushu Sheng/Raw Puerh 白莺山

Price

$9.88

Bai Ying Shan is one of the excellent tea mountains in the Lincang producing area. It is a high-elevation region, situated halfway up Da Bing Shan (the highest peak at 2,834 meters), at an altitude between 2,200 and 2,500 meters. Bai Ying Shan’s ancient tea gardens span 20 square kilometers, with the oldest tree being over 2,400 years old, making it the second oldest artificially cultivated tea tree in China.

This 2023 Bai Ying Shan Gushu is a very fresh tea and exhibits all the typical features of its tea mountain of origin. It offers complex aromas, both floral and fruity, along with lovely honey notes. Despite its youth, it is characterized by gentle and rich flavors, with moderate astringency and bitterness, leaving a fresh and sweet aftertaste.
